MACAM MANA NAK BUAT KALAU AKU DAH BELI LOT BUNGALOW TAPI …

Jangan lah susah hati.. bagi mereka yang dah terbeli lot bungalow separa siap nii.... aku paham, mungkin korang beli masa tu sebab lokasi best, pastu harga murah kan.. biasalah tuu.. kalau aku dapat peluang macam nii.. aku pun ambik gak.. heheh ehhe

Tapi masalah sekarang ni.. apa yang korang hadapi ..

1. mungkin dah 4 tahun korang beli tapi sampai sekarang ni geran tak dapat lagi..
2. pastu korang tak tau pulak status permohonan sekarang ni kat mana
3. nak rujuk kat sapa?

Apa yang boleh aku bantu, ni cuma cadangan aku jee laa.. korang dapatkan status terkini dari ketua yang menguruskan tanah korang tuu.. kalau mereka tu kata.. permohonan korang dah hantar pejabat tanah, majlis perbandaran.. korang dapatkan surat pengesahan dari ketua tuu.. sebab dalam surat tuu ada nombor rujukan fail pejabat berkaitan.. dari nombor fail tuu nanti kita boleh semak apa status permohonan kita.

Pastu aku akan explain kat korang flow macam mana proses permohonan nak buat lot bungalow nii.. consultation.. free of cajjj.. Yang penting, bila korang dah tau macam mana flow permohonan tukar syarat tanah dan pecah sempadan nii. Dari awal sampai akhir. Nanti korang dah boleh jadi developer.. Mana tau.. lepas nii korang boleh jadi land developer lak.. jual lot bungalow.. heh hehhe. Macam MK Land, talam.. heh hehe… Ada berani kee ?

ni tnh pertaniah ada sawit lebih 20 tahun. dh xde hasil...

tp camne nak dpt rm 300k tu bagai. huhu

kalau lot bungalow, dah ada geran mukim.. jadi kalau ko beli.. tinggal buat pindah milik jee lah

ye.. selalunya.. bila dah ada geran.. nilai tanah akan naik.. tapi lot bungalow tu.. mesti lengkap dengan plan infra and kerja tanah

sesuai.. sebab lot bungalow.. saiz minima 50x80.. tapi ada yang lebih luas.. ada yang 10k kp, ada yang 5000kp.. yang paling penting.. sebelum kita beli.. ko semak berapa lebar lot tuu..
